Its not really a 'basic' driver either just to clear up some confusion Ive seen elsewhere, its a fully featured driver just minus the Catalyst Control Center. I am able to play 2-20 minutes at a time and then I get those crashes. I noticed that there were no drivers available for Windows 10. I rolled back to the earlier driver 2015and everything is fine now.

When i go to to try and download the driver i currently use to try and get it up to date that way instead of trying to update it through "driver updating software".
